Our organization's website is currently organized by departments and does not necessarily encourage exploration based on the interests of visitors. We are experimenting with a number of more thematic approaches which may be applicable as we engage in new projects and evolve NCAR's overall web presence.

Project Status

VETS Redesign

The Visualization and Enabling Technologies (VETS) website is currently undergoing a redesign which will organize visualizations and research projects by topics as well as models. It will provide extensive links to related research, datasets, and models, providing a glimpse of the future promise of the semantic web, where one can follow relationships between objects to continuously deepen one's exploration.
